Chaperone, LLC (“Chaperone”) values your privacy and wants to make your experience with us as satisfying and safe as possible. We have established this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and share Information you provide to us. We will track this information while you are actively using the Services and while the Services remain running in the background on your device. You may prevent location tracking by adjusting the settings on your device at any time.

Payment Information. Payments made to Chaperone or through the Services will require you to provide payment information such as bank or credit card details. Chaperone uses Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant third-party payment services to process payments and does not store your credit card information.

Third-Party Accounts. Chaperone may allow you to access the Services via various third party platforms like Facebook, Google, and Apple, etc. If you access the Services via a third party account, we will collect the information you have authorized that third party to share. Your third party account settings will control what data you allow that third party to share.

Chaperone also collects technical information from your device that provides technical information such as device and network information, cookies, log files and analytics information. The information stored in those files includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks.
